At least one of the authors of accepted papers must register for the conference in order to be published in the Springer Proceedings.
- Authors of accepted papers for publication by Springer must register for the conference in order to be published in the Springer Proceedings.
- FULL Conference+Workshop (EPEW+PASM) – 260 euro
- FULL Conference Only (EPEW) – 240 euros
- FULL Workshop Only (PASM) – 95 euros
- PhD students that are authors of accepted papers can be registered at the conference with these reduced prices. Please, provide some evidence of PhD student status to the conference organisation ().
- STUDENT Conference Only (EPEW) – 160 euros
- STUDENT Conference+Workshop (EPEW+PASM) – 170 euros
- STUDENT Workshop Only (PASM) – 60 euros

- Listener registration – 190 euro. This registration fee covers access to all keynotes, EPEW and PASM sessions Wednesday 21 September – Friday 23 September, lunch on all conference days, conference morning coffee breaks, dinners and social events on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Accompanying person registration – 90 euro. This registration fee covers dinners and social events on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
